Environmentally friendly high fastness water-based pigment printing paste 

In response to environmental protection in line with international quality textiles Mark Okeo-Tex specifications for the fastness excluded banned chemicals and improve printing textiles, positive color company introduced a set of environmentally friendly high fastness aqueous pigment printing paste , to meet The demand of the printing market.

In addition to meeting the quality specifications of the finished product (solid content, viscosity, PH, hue, concentration, dispersibility, colorimetric cloth swatches... etc.), Jinbest environmentally friendly high fastness color pastes also explain the quality characteristics of this series of products as follows: 

  1. Formaldehyde: in line with DIN 53315 specifications.

  2. NPEO (Nonylphenol Polyvinyl Alcohol): Does not contain NPEO.

  3. 24 items of azo: all can meet the requirements after 2003.9.11, without azo or less than 30PPM.                      

  4. 10 extractable heavy metals: no or lower than OeKo-Tex specifications.

  5. Phthalates: Does not contain or meets specifications.

  6. Organic Tin compounds: Does not contain or meets specifications.

  7. Light resistance (1.0%×40AFU): Grade 4 or higher.

  8. Heat-resistant pressure (180℃×30 seconds): Level 4 or higher.

  9. Color shift resistance: There are many products that can reach level 4 to choose from.

  10. Zhengcai company can provide the inspected inspection report.                                            

 ※ Compliance with the specification: it is not detected at all or the detection result is lower than the limit value .   

Application: all kinds of fabric types (cotton, nylon, etc.), water-based paint, colored paper, latex gloves, balloons, artificial flowers ... and so on .
